The Lubenham Village Hall Committee collects and stores contact details, including but not limited to postal, email addresses and telephone numbers, of hirers of the Hall.

 

This information is held to facilitate any future hirings/bookings of the Hall. It is held electronically by the Committee and may, for the purposes of communications, be shared between Committee members, but not further or otherwise,

 

This information will be deleted from the Group’s records in response to any requests by the hirers to do so.

 

 

This Policy was approved by the Lubenham Village Hall Management Committee at the meeting held on 30^th April 2026
