The Committee Room is ideal for small gatherings or meetings of up to 8 people. 

 

 

 

Conditions of Hire for the Committee Room

 

 

 

There is a toilet adjacent, please ensure it is kept clean. Place sanitary items and paper towels in a disposal bag and leave in the bin – do not put them in them in the toilet.

 

The rear entrance hall light is controlled by a switch just inside the rear entrance door. There are two external lights to the rear of the premises which remain permanently on during the hours of darkness.

 

 

 

Before you leave please make sure:

 

(1)    All windows are closed and curtains are left in the open position

 

(2)    Lights are switched off

 

(3)    All doors are locked

 

(4)    Return key promptly as others may need it straight away

Residents of Lubenham Parish £5 per hour        Non-residents £8 per hour
